• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing a high level of service across accounts and tax
• Develop strong working relationships and become the go-to contact for day-to-day client queries
• Oversee the preparation and review of accounts and tax returns for both incorporated and unincorporated entities
• Provide oversight, guidance, and development for junior members of the team
• Identify tax planning opportunities and contribute to advisory assignments across VAT, NIC, and business structuring
• Support the partners with specialist projects and strategic advisory work
• Plan and delegate work effectively across the team to meet deadlines and budgets
• Monitor progress against key dates for accounts and tax submissions
• Take an active role in WIP management, billing, and client profitability

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a practice environment, with solid knowledge of both accounting and tax
• Managerial experience and/or exposure to rural or property sector clients is advantageous
