Location: Rochdale (2–3 days on-site)
Contract: 10.5 Month Fixed Term
Department: PMO, deployed to Children’s Services

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for improving social care services? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our clients PMO team and support Children’s Services in delivering a Liquid Logic system health check and developing a robust business case for future improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the Liquid Logic system.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Children’s Services to gather insights and requirements.
  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present a business case to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the PMO and service teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a local authority social care environmentessential.
  • Understanding of Liquid Logic systems –beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Rochdale 2–3 days per week.
