Role&Responsibilities

As an SEN Teacher, your days will be filled with creating engaging and accessible learning experiences for your students. A typical day might involve:

  • Designing and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
  • Adapting the curriculum to meet individual student requirements using P Scales
  • Building positive relationships with students and fostering a supportive classroom environment
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure holistic student support
  • Providing personal care support as needed

Essential Requirements:

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience working with SEN students in UK schools
  • DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to apply
  • Commitment to inclusive teaching practices
  • Passion for helping students reach their full potential
