We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to carry out order processing duties on a temporary basis. This role involves handling order processing efficiently and accurately, ensuring all customer requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing or customer service, and familiarity with the Defacto system is advantageous but not essential.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Accurately process orders in line with specific customer requirements, reporting any anomalies.
  • Handle consignment orders and support the invoicing process efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Arrange third-party transport for applicable orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address special requirements.
  • Maintain high service standards and meet all customer expectations.
  • Foster clear and effective communication with key business departments.
  • Achieve all KPIs and goals, including set objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in order processing or a customer service department.
  • Familiarity with the Defacto system is advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm. Initially hybrid but will move to 5 days office based from August.

Location: Greenford (approx 15min walk from station). Parking available.

Duration: approximately 3 months
