Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be supporting existing customers with a range of queries they have over the telephone and email.

You will be working in a busy environment ensuring each query is dealt with to the highest standard and resolved as quickly as possible.

The role will also require updating the databases accordingly making sure all customer communication is logged correct and accurately.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Excellent communication and a confident telephone manner

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Good attention to detail and organisation

Passionate about delivering the best customer experience
