Job Description

This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client’s needs with locally sourced seasonal menu’s. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.

As a matchday room manager you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

 

Responsibilities:

Ensure the food and service is to the highest standard
Ensure the kitchen area is always clean, well presented and well-stocked
Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are used
Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
