What you’ll be doing…
As a Operations Support Manager, you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities:

Elior Experience Communication & Integration: Ensure that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the sites, supporting site managers and Service Champions as needed.
Financial Growth & Performance: Drive financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence, and effective merchandising. Implement, monitor, and evaluate results within site teams to exceed financial targets.
Site Management Oversight: Oversee Site Management within the area to ensure proactive team management on site.
Recruitment & Development: Recruit high-calibre site managers, develop their skills, and drive them to excel in succession planning, recruitment, training, and people development to deliver high-quality service.
Team Communication & Relationship Building: Ensure ongoing team communications, including building strong internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive relationships with clients to exceed expectations and retain business.
Menu Planning & Design: Innovate menu planning and design within specified budgets, ensuring high standards of food presentation and portion/quality control across the area.
Contract Mobilisation/Demobilisation: Plan, lead, and deliver effective mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, coordinating with relevant support functions.
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Extensive Experience in contract catering, within a multi-site, management role
Ability to demonstrate experience in leading, inspiring, and motivating a large and diverse team
Proven experience of working closely and successfully with clients
Confidence in numbers and P&L management
Having a good eye for detail and strong commercial awareness would be an advantage
