CACHE Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant – Islington

?? Pay: £95-£110 per day (08:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and qualified CACHE Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants to support a range of EYFS settings in Islington. These full-time roles start from 1st September 2025 and will continue until July 2026.

If you’re passionate about working in EYFS and committed to supporting children in their early stages of learning and development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum

• Work 1:1 and in groups to promote learning through play and exploration

• Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment

• Observe and record pupil progress in line with EYFS goals

• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, staff and parents

Essential Requirements:

• A full CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or primary school EYFS setting

• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

• Availability to work 5 days per week, 08:30am – 4:00pm
