Job Description
The Front of House Team Leader will provide a first class, proactive service to customers and visitors ensuring requirements are met and needs are always anticipated.
The role will provide a positive, professional and seamless link between our client’s service end users and the Corporate Services teams & its vendors, proactively anticipating client and customer needs whilst building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for providing the contractual delivery for Front of House Services to the client, driving excellence in performance, compliance, conformance, and continuous improvement
- Lead with a partnership vision, focused on delivering best value to client Stakeholders supporting, implementing and contributing to the strategic goals of the organisation across its real estate platform
- Be ‘the face’ of Corporate Services, taking control and ownership of all Facilities related activity acting as an agent and representative of the Corporate Services team
- Ensure compliance with Contract Deliverables, Performance and KPIs
- Lead the FOH team ensuring understanding of each of the function areas and the systems that they utilise and the true purpose of their roles in relation to supporting our client as a business in achieving their goals and supporting business performance
- Have a thorough knowledge of the building how it functions and of the supply chain partners’ network
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Good standard of general education
- A good level of spoken English and an ability to read and write in English
- PC literate with Excel and Word skills
- GCSE Math and English or equivalent
- HSEQ Qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH (desirable)
- Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience
