Job Description

What will I be doing?
The apprenticeship will follow a structured process of Human Resource Support Apprenticeship Standard (Level 3) with a Distance Learning Training Provider combined with practical support within the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations team.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Support the HR Business Partner team in delivery of day to day tasks across the whole employee journey
2.Maintain & use HR systems to keep records
3.Help the business make HR changes
4.Work in a range of areas including recruitment, onboarding, HR planning, HR reporting & analysis, employee relations
5.Support key projects within HR

What do you need from me?
Essential

  • Minimum of 3 ‘A’ Levels in relevant discipline
  • A keen interest in HR
  • Excellent problem solving abilities.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working individual with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to effectively work as part of a team and on your own will be key to your success.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft office)
  • Desire to learn and develop within HR
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to remain compliant
