Human Resources/Employee Relations Business Partner

• London, Bristol, Devon & Manchester (Hybrid Working)
• 6 month initial contract
• £350-500 (via umbrella)

We are looking for various experienced HR professionals to join our clients dynamic people team and support a range of ongoing projects.

Role 1; HRBP

• Proven experience in a strategic HRBP role
• Strong stakeholder management across complex, unionised settings
• Track record of delivering change programmes

Role 2; Employee Relations Business Partner

• Expertise in complex ER casework, including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR policies
• Confident in dealing with Trade Unions and sensitive employee issues

The ideal candidates;

• Public Sector or Central Government background
• Worked in large, matrixed organisations
