Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join our Audit and Compliance team!
The Role:
As a Data Officer, you will be processing accurate and timely data for all learners in time for monthly ESFA submission and carrying out compliance checks on documentation. This is a hybrid role where you will work from home for 3 days of the week and from our Head Office in Slough for 2 days per week.
The role will involve:
-Auditing enrolment documentation to ensure funding claims are eligible
-Processing data through PICS and Smart Assessor for our Apprenticeships, Advanced Learner Loans and Commercial learners
-Ensuring all ILR data corresponds with learner documentation
-Keeping up to date with ESFA Funding Rules
