We support Imperial’s Engineering academics by reviewing, negotiating, and eventually signing off the agreements that are required to cover their research activity.

 

What you would be doing
As a Contracts Administrator, your role will include allocating incoming queries, distributing incoming mail (whether direct-to-inbox or through e-portals), preparing reports, managing the setting up and closing of contract records on our CMS (contracts management system), carrying out initial due diligence on prospective contractual partners.

 

What we are looking for
Manage the team inbox .
Liaise with and be a primary point of contact for the Departments or other relevant teams across the Faculty.
Support the Head of contracts in the allocation of incoming work items to the relevant team members .
Prepare regular reports on the team’s activity.
Ensure accurate records are kept regarding the contracting process.
Carry out due diligence on prospective contractual partners and support administrative processes, such as providing requested information about Imperial to a partner that needs to set Imperial up in their systems.
Have excellent customer service skills and be a confident communicator when interacting with a diverse range of customers.
Have the ability to prioritise your workload, take ownership of tasks, and offer support across multiple projects.
Be a great teammate with a strong work ethic.
Have an eye for detail in all correspondence and data entry.

Further information
This post is full time, open-ended and you will be based at South Kensington Campus.

This opportunity will suit someone who has good IT skills and experience in a frontline customer service environment and enjoys working in a lively team.
