About the role
Overseeing the administration for the Digital Media Lab (DML), as well as providing support on Media Projects, and other Operational initiatives in support of the Head of Operations and Production.

 

What you would be doing
You will be a key part of the DML’s Production team, working closely with the media producers and Head of Operations. Your tasks will be wide ranging, from helping stakeholders schedule studio bookings, managing recruitment processes and administration, onboarding freelancers, through to providing support with project tasks on both Media projects and Operational Improvement. There are many opportunities to grow and develop, whether you are looking to further your career in project coordination, operations support, and of course learning about media production! There will also be multiple training opportunities, depending on your interests and skills

 

What we are looking for
High levels of attention to detail, and high levels of proactivity.
Truly excellent organisational skills
An appetite to learn, and to acquire new skills/ master new processes and software
Experience in or aptitude for administrative support, including excellent written skills, numerical skills, and excellent skills in all Microsoft office programmes.
