About the role
Join us as a Senior Programme Manager in Executive Education at Imperial, where you will lead the professional and efficient delivery of world-class executive education programmes. In this role, you will manage a team of Programme Managers and oversee the end-to-end delivery of programmes, ensuring an exceptional participant experience while driving operational excellence. You’ll take responsibility for managing complex, high-profile programmes with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensure that all aspects of the delivery are seamless.

What you would be doing
As a Senior Programme Manager, you will oversee the seamless delivery of Executive Education programmes, managing complex events and ensuring exceptional participant experiences. Your role includes leading a team of Programme Managers, mentoring them, and overseeing logistics, budgets, and stakeholder coordination. You will drive operational improvements, collaborate with senior clients and faculty, and maintain high standards of service. Additionally, you will ensure smooth programme execution while resolving challenges and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

 

What we are looking for
Strong experience in managing and delivering complex programmes, particularly in Executive Education or a similar field.
Proven leadership and team development skills, with a track record of mentoring and managing teams.
Excellent project management abilities, including handling logistics, budgets, and last-minute changes under pressure.
Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, working effectively with clients, faculty, and participants.
A customer-service focus, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
