Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm. Friday 8.30am – 4pm.

Salary: Up to £27,000

I am looking for a project coordinator to join a small team in Bedford. This role would suit a strong administrator with great communication skills

What will you be doing in the project coordinator role?

• Diary management – Effectively manage engineers diaries to minimise downtime and wasted journeys
• Document management – ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Customer communication – ensuring clients are kept updated
• Ownership of your own jobs/small projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth delivery process to the client by being their main point of contact.
