As an Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of qualified Electricians and Supervisors, gaining practical work experience while completing a Building Services & Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship Level 3.
Throughout the program, you will contribute to providing electrical and building services engineering maintenance for client properties, which includes fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
This is a multiskilled role designed to provide you with world-class training and hands-on experience in a real-world environment.
Over the course of 3–4 years, you will work towards becoming a fully qualified professional, with guidance to shape your career path within the industry.
Whether troubleshooting technical issues or supporting maintenance projects, your work will contribute to delivering a first-class building services maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to exceed customer expectations
Responsibility for building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks
Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship to meet relevant standards and issuing Permits to Work
Ensure all electrical equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria
Ensure equipment and surrounding areas meet agreed company standards
Provide a professional service and represent the company to ensure customer satisfaction
Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract
Take a proactive approach to client liaison, addressing or escalating concerns to management as necessary
Be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times
Ensure administration requirements are completed on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, risk assessment, COSHH, and related standards
Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance the service provided
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above
Studying towards Building Services & Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship Level 3 (multi-skilled focus)
Experience working in a team
Good problem-solving skills
IT literate with knowledge of Excel and Word
Good communication skills
