Circularity & Resources Manager

The Circularity & Resources Manager will lead efforts to deliver world-class circular economy and zero-waste solutions, emphasising service performance, quality, and compliance.

In this role, the manager will work closely with operational teams to maximise waste service performance while identifying and implementing innovative waste management practices.
Acting as a key representative for waste product deployment, the manager will collaborate with operational units to propose forward-thinking solutions and ensure their seamless integration into business processes.
This role is pivotal in advancing sustainable practices and driving impactful resource management initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead segment deployment and optimisation solutions/service enhancements to ensure effective cascade into Operating Units
Assist in the commercial activity supporting new and existing bid opportunities
Lead mobilisation process from a waste point of view, ensuring we commence contracts in line with bid proposal
Ensure Group and Country tools are implemented correctly in segment and consistently to deliver best practice and maximum efficiency
Provide Waste SME to ensure a comprehensive and class leading solution to all new Key Account target bids and Key Account retention targets within Segment
Ensure adequate SME resources are deployed to support waste workstream within segment of responsibility
Provide consultancy support and resource to meet client challenges and transformation objectives
Directly lead and deliver agreed plans and objectives
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
SME in Sustainability, Zero Waste and Circular Economy
Knowledge and experience of waste industry trends and environments
Knowledgeable leader and strong collaboration skills
Commercial and Enterprise Mindset
Product Management and/or Operational Experience within relevant Segment
Pedagogical
Financial acumen
Complex Project management
