Cleaning Team Leader

As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
Responsible for looking after a team of cleaners. You will be their first point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
Build solid working relationships with our cleaning staff to ensure they understand what is expected of them.
Ensure all necessary processes and procedures are in place and adhered to.
Ensure site cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
Organise deep cleaning of areas, hard floors, carpets, and upholstery as needed to maintain them in good state of repair.
Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping.
Regular checks and cleans to specified areas.
Respond to cleaning requests as required.

Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
The ability to work on own initiative
Strong leadership skills
Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
