Hospitality Food Host

Within the position of Hospitality Team Member, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases wellbeing, productivity and enhances company culture.

As a member of a small team of Workplace Hosts, you will provide a warm and approachable daytime service, ensuring a seamless, clean and tidy workspace.

The Role
Take responsibility for the preparation of all Food Hospitality offerings adhering to Hygiene standards (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Refreshments)
Ensure all areas within the main kitchen are clean, hygienic and tidy at all times (main kitchen, tables/chairs)
Assist with the ordering and deliveries as required, monitoring stock and reducing waste
Promote good team work and work in a friendly, efficient manner
Establish good working relationships with all customers, ensuring a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all hospitality and housekeeping requirements
Management and cleaning of all used crockery and service ware (rinsing, dishwasher, drying)
Ensure that all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with company/manufacturer’s operating procedures.
Daily monitoring of cleaning standards throughout the areas of responsibility ensuring proactive response to all tasks as required
About You
Previous Hospitality/Cleaning experience within Corporate/Hospitality environment
Highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment
Good time management
Ability to work unsupervised and take full responsibility for food
preparation and cleaning standards
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and a heavy workload
Positive, proactive approach with the ability work in a professional manner
