As a Security Officer with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer’s property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

The Role
Always ensuring the safety of the site and everyone on it
Keeping vigilant and identifying any suspicious
Patrolling the client’s external and Internal facility, dealing promptly with any suspicious incidents which may occur onsite
Attending as directed to all incidents and act as a first line response in emergency situations
Responding to incidents for all common areas and inside the clients units when called upon for assistance
Escalating or reporting any incidents to the appropriate persons: Line-manager or Mobile Supervisor/ Client/ etc.
Whilst working nights, responding to any intruder alarms and assist individual units when necessary
Writing reports for any incidents or daily occurrences
Deal with any visitors to site in a polite and courteous manner
Creating a positive, professional relationship with customers and colleagues
Working as part of a team and on your own depending on site requirements
About You
Previous security experience
A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA license
Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech
Great attention to detail and a consistent approach
A team player with good customer service skills
New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and development
