Job Description
Within the role of Workplace Assistant, you will work as part of the workplace experience team, supporting the creation of a space that promotes well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture.

Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities to elevate onsite service standards and implement new initiatives that align with the client’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all areas are clean, hygienic and tidy at all times
Take responsibility for the preparation of all Food Hospitality offerings adhering to Hygiene standards
Porterage duties, such as collecting mail and the movement of waste (eg to the landlord basement area)
Assist with the ordering and deliveries as required, monitoring stock and reducing waste
Promote good team work and work in a friendly, efficient manner
Establish good working relationships with all customers, ensuring a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all hospitality and housekeeping requirements
Management and cleaning of all used crockery and service ware (rinsing, dishwasher, drying)
Ensure that all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with company/manufacturer’s operating procedures
Daily monitoring of cleaning standards throughout the areas of responsibility ensuring proactive response to all tasks as required
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous Hospitality/Cleaning experience within Corporate/Hospitality environment
Highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment
Good time management
Ability to work unsupervised and take full responsibility for food preparation and cleaning standards
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and a heavy workload
Positive, proactive approach with the ability work in a professional manner
