Description:

The role work within a team focused on representing a key hyperscale account, a major operator/developer accounts and selected growth accounts across EMEA markets. This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for supporting multiple transactional mandates from acquiring land to providing market advisory and reports services. Our team is dedicated to helping our clients grow their data centre footprints or business and works alongside both the hyperscalers, operators, developers and investors to make this happen. It will be your responsibility to earn business and deliver against the commitments leveraging your team and others around you. You’ll be an advocate for your clients; problem solving; securing land; providing support throughout their due diligence; and eventually negotiating the best outcomes for them.

You will also work with other Data Centre team members and local country teams across EMEA. More broadly, the role will contribute to the overall growth of the JLL data centre business, through gathering and sharing market intelligence from the data centre hyperscale, operator, developer and investor segments, developing market and sector insight. We are looking for ambitious team players with can do attitude, strong work ethic, high level of intelligence and desire to learn. The successful candidate will be required to support a director within the team, and act as their “number two” on all manner of client mandates.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience transactional experience ideally with a focus on the data centre sector.

– Proven track record delivering strategically significant transactions in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
– Have an interest in the data centre industry and understanding of the market dynamics, technology trends, and regulatory landscape.
– Demonstrable ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
– Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and clients.
