The Commercial Intelligence Manager will work closely with the Commercial Intelligence & Projects Director and other Commercial Intelligence team members to:
Define, gather and maintain data points relating to Commercial activities
Create intelligent reporting based on data collected
Develop and maintain a data and knowledge management framework to govern data and information
Review new and existing programs and data across Commercial to ensure alignment to the framework
Intelligence Hub
The Commercial team is at the forefront of new, expanding, and renewal deals across the business and the data relating to these deals and Work Dynamics’ key client contracts is critical in understanding trends and market changes. The Commercial Intelligence Manager will:
Support the strategic roadmap for Global Commercial Intelligence to identify and house all information sources either created or captured across Commercial.
Investigate complimentary data sources across the Work Dynamics business
Help to gather and maintain Commercial owned data and information, ensuring this is housed in the appropriate data repositories.
Work and collaborate with the Commercial leadership team to identify continuous improvement of executive reporting metrics as new information sources are collected.
Proactively mine the data for insights and trends that could be easily adapted and provided to key functional areas across the Work Dynamics business.
Support the development of a data security framework for access to the Intelligence Hub.
Support the assessment of utilizing AI technology for Commercial alongside JLL’s existing initiatives.
Knowledge Management
Knowledge management plays a crucial role in the success of the Intelligence Hub by embedding a process of capturing, organizing and sharing the collective knowledge and expertise across Commercial. The Commercial Intelligence Manager will:
Support the development and roll out of the knowledge management strategy for Commercial Intelligence, maintaining high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for varying audiences across the Work Dynamics business.
Work effectively across Work Dynamics, collaborating with stakeholders to understand knowledge and reporting requirements.
Using analytics, track the usage of the knowledge base content.
Reporting
Clear and concise reporting outputs from the Commercial data are critical to providing access and insights to internal user groups. The Commercial Intelligence Manager will:
Capture Commercial data in support of regular and ad hoc reporting, cross-referencing with data sets from Sales, Pricing, and Account Management
In collaboration with Commercial Intelligence team members and other key stakeholders, develop and deploy Commercial Intelligence dashboards to enable visibility of key Commercial data sources supporting business decision making.
Support informal and formal reporting documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations.
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity.

Data updates and iterations are deployed to maintain accuracy of the data

Experience
Successful candidates are likely to have 5-7 years of relevant business experience and a track record of working successfully with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed business environment.
Demonstrated successes in data analysis, drawing conclusions and improvement.
Expert level skills in Excel required.
Working experience in BI tools, querying databases and bulk data manipulation is advantageous but not essential.
