As a Marketing Account Manager at Bewonder*, you will be part of our Client Service team, working in close collaboration with our digital, creative and customer experience specialists to develop and deliver exceptional and effective creative solutions and strategies for a range of clients and audiences across all sectors of property.

 

Key Areas of Focus

Lead and develop key accounts, fostering strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Develop and deliver effective and creative marketing strategies
Provide exceptional client service and account management
Collaborate with internal teams including digital, creative, customer experience and operations to deliver projects on time and in budget
Measure and analyse the success of campaigns and strive for continuous improvement
Identify and pursue new opportunities, contributing to business growth
The Role

 

Reporting to the Client Lead, the Marketing Account Manager is responsible for developing, delivering and managing effective marketing plans along with building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients across all property sectors including retail, mixed use, residential, industrial and office.

 

The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of delivery including aspects such as copywriting, briefing website, social content, emails, media and creative, managing external supply partners, event planning, stakeholder engagement and communications, PR, budget management, and reporting.

 

The Marketing Account Manager will be required to seek additional opportunities to grow their client accounts and support the commercial growth of Bewonder*.

 

Excellent time management is required as the Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for leading on multiple assets of a varying nature, driving the strategy and taking full ownership on project delivery. Main responsibilities include:

Formulation of award-winning marketing strategies and management of delivery across a number of schemes – turning the ordinary into extraordinary
Develop and brief creative concepts for each marketing campaign to internal teams or third-party agencies (Creative, Media, Digital, Social Media, Events etc.)
Act as brand champion for the schemes across multiple communication channels to a variety of audiences
Budget responsibility ensuring internal commerciality and ROI
Responsibility for growth of current accounts
Writing client reports through analysing, interpreting and presenting results against KPIs
Engaging in various project management duties on a strategic and operational level
Delivering distinctive presentations
Attending meetings with clients and building strong client relationships
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Assisting the client leads to ensure that high standards are achieved across a client portfolio
Reviewing concepts, creative and copy prior to presentation to the client
Actively drive client activity if appropriate and suggesting tactical solutions to their marketing objectives
Support on the delivery of customer experience projects
Crisis cover support as part of the Bewonder* weekend rota

The Skillset

 

Bewonder* is a fast-paced, exhilarating and motivating team – so organisation and excellent team-working skills are key. Beneficial traits we’re looking for:

Previous experience gained within a marketing environment, at Marketing Executive or Marketing Account Manager level, either agency or client side
Previous property marketing experience in sectors such as retail and offices is advantageous
Good level of understanding of the property sector preferred but not essential
Excellent client relationship skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Event and project management
Exceptional project management skills
Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing is advantageous but not essential
Involvement in Customer Experience projects is desirable
