EMEA Agile/Small Works & MAC Lead – Financial Services Account
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Small Works Team for a major financial services client across the EMEA region. This role involves overseeing project management and principal delivery of all small works and MAC services within the client’s EMEA portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, construction, and project delivery within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Small Works Team, ensuring efficient delivery of projects and MAC services across EMEA locations.
Oversee and manage the delivery of small works projects (£5k to £1m+) across the UK and EMEA, ensuring efficient project management from inception to completion.
Oversee project management and principal contracting activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Manage project delivery processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide performance oversight and reporting for the MAC team.
Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
Liaise with client stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure service excellence.
Monitor and report on team performance, project status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and client-specific requirements.
Manage team resources, including staffing, training, and professional development.
Manage project budgets, maintain forecasts, and conduct cash flow analysis for all small works and MAC activities.
Supervise the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and client objectives.
Oversee the assembly and management of consultant and contractor teams, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
Manage client relationships and oversee conflict resolution processes within the team.
Oversee the team’s adherence to JLL best practices, policies and playbooks.
Provide leadership in developing and maintaining relationships with consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders across the EMEA region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management or construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing small works projects and/or MAC services in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of principal contracting, managed services and project management methodologies.
Experience working with financial services clients and familiarity with their specific requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and building codes in EMEA countries.
PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
