Job Purpose: The Technical Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of technical processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all technical aspects of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Operations:Oversee daily operations of building systems and services, including the CMMS system.
Ensure all facilities function efficiently and effectively.
Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of equipment and infrastructure.
Maintenance & Repairs:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules (PPM).
Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Vendor Coordination:Coordinate with vendors for hard services.
Manage agreements with vendors to ensure service quality.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS):Conduct EHS reporting for incidents and unsafe conditions and ensure your teams are aware of the process.
Perform monthly site audits and EHS plantroom inspections, following the contractor booking process with vendors.
Budget & Finance:Prepare and manage the facility management budget (hard-service part) in line with SLA’s.
Handle the Repair reactive and Lifecycle work process to ensure timely completion of the jobs.
Project Management:Plan and oversee facility-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Develop and implement emergency response plans in collaboration with Site Facilities manager.
Energy & Sustainability:Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor energy consumption.
Work towards sustainability goals.
Communication & Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for critical space-related issues.
Manage communication to employees through the Building Mailer Tool in case of business continuity issues.
Human Resources:Oversee HR/payroll processes and manage emergency overtime requests (Tech Team duty).
Regulatory Compliance:Lead the statutory F-gas (CRO) database.
Arrange and attend quarterly meetings with the landlord’s Technical Lead if any.
Engage with employees and stakeholders for feedback and improvements.
Maintain ISO certificate compliance and standards.
Look after technical documentation, updating local mandatory equipment instructions.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of [specific technical areas relevant to the company]

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, may require occasional overtime or weekend work
