Hours – Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Do you have a strong desire to positively impact the classroom and assist students in KS2?

A dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant is needed to join the team of a lively and friendly Northampton primary school starting in September 2025.

This is an amazing chance to work in a supportive setting that recognises the significance of teaching assistants’ contributions and offers first-rate possibilities for growth and assistance.

The role:

• Supporting KS2 pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver tailored learning support
• Supporting small groups and 1:1 sessions
• Helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children (ideally in KS2) in the UK
• A caring, proactive, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive

Contract Details:

• Fixed term for 1 academic year
• Full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
