Working on wide-ranging clients portfolio, advising clients from start-ups through to multinationals. Examples of work include:

• UK restructuring and tax compliance advice to UK and global corporations
• Tax due diligence on acquisitions
• Advising on UK property transactions
• Advising on family investment companies
• Review complex corporate tax returns including managing a team of five junior members to ensure timely submissions of returns
• Prepare Capital Allowance reports to be used in conjunction with contractors and architects to ensure maximum relief is obtained and all items are identified when undertaking major construction projects
• Advise on the restructuring of a UK and international property group of companies to make it commercially more viable and tax efficient
• Prepare tax due diligence reports and review of tax warranties and indemnities in respect of various transactions
• Advised clients on the tax conditions of SEIS and EIS and requesting advanced clearance from HMRC
• Dealing with HMRC enquiries into the compliance affairs of corporate clients
