Job Description
Lead and manage the HR department to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent in the industry.
Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Nurture a positive working environment with a strong focus on employee engagement.
Assess training needs and monitor training programmes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven working experience in HR management.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
A demonstrable ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
