Job Description
Event Management: Oversee and manage international events, including delegate marketing and communications.
Delegate Coordination: Handle all aspects of communication with high-level delegates, ensuring engagement and satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Marketing Execution: Utilize tools like Cvent and Pardot to execute marketing campaigns, drive attendee engagement, and track event performance.
Email Communication: Write and send engaging, targeted email content to delegates and prospects to increase event participation and awareness.
Planning and Coordination: Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing event logistics, schedules, and deadlines.
Stress Management: Effectively manage multiple priorities, adapting quickly to changes and handling high-pressure situations with ease.
Travel Management: Coordinate travel logistics for event attendees and team members, ensuring smooth transitions to and from international events.

Delegate Coordination: Experience managing high-level delegate relationships, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Marketing Expertise: Skilled in using tools like Cvent and Pardot to run campaigns, track performance, and optimize attendee participation.
Email Communication: Ability to write compelling, targeted emails that boost event participation and engagement.
Organizational Skills: Strong planning and logistical management, ensuring events run on schedule and meet deadlines.
