Our client is a well-established and known manufacturing business and they are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their Bury team on an on-going temp basis. This role has the opportunity to go perm!
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator you will:
Handling inbound sales calls
Contacting customers regrading their orders
Enter orders promptly and accurately
Problem solve in line with the customers requirements
Apply a professional manner when dealing with customers both internal and external
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
Experience within customer service administration is essential
Ability to communicate effectively within the team, in the wider organisation and with customers
Ability to work under pressure and to agreed deadlines
IT and administration skills commensurate with effectively fulfilling the role
Reliable, punctual, conscientious and motivated to carry out the works required
