They require a Continuous Improvement Manager is needed for a leading player in the Transport & Distribution industry. The right candidate should have a focus on driving efficiency and improvement within a logistics environment and based in Bristol.
Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will cover the following.

Driving continuous improvement in the logistics division.
Leading and managing a team to achieve operational targets.
Developing and implementing strategies for efficiency.
Overseeing the logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborating with stakeholders to improve the logistics network.
Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
Tracking and reporting on logistics performance metrics.
Identifying and mitigating risks in the logistics department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:

Proven experience in a CI capacity role.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement processes in a logistics setting.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge and awareness
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
What’s on Offer
Salary range: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
5% performance bonus
Private medical cover
Pension scheme: 5% employee contribution, 8% employer contribution
Holiday: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
