The Successful Applicant
A successful French or Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:

Fluency in French and/or Spanish and English.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A strong understanding of financial services – Desired.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
