Job Description
You will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing loyalty marketing strategies to drive customer retention and enhance customer experience.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise loyalty programmes.
Analysing customer data and insights to inform and improve loyalty initiatives.
Managing and monitoring the loyalty programme budget to ensure maximum ROI.
Developing and maintain effective relationships with key partners and vendors.
Coordinating with the marketing and agency team to integrate loyalty initiatives across channels.
Keeping abreast of retail industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
Experience within an FMCG/Retail business
Proven experience in managing loyalty programmes
Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret customer data and insights.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrable knowledge of the retail industry and its trends.
Proficiency in using marketing technology and tools.
