Job Description
Assist with daily and month-end bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage daily treasury operations, moving funds to cover overdrawn positions and minimise FX exposure.
Communicate reconciliation updates to internal stakeholders for transparency.
Collaborate on processing, reviewing, and authorising payments, ensuring accurate allocation of incoming funds.
Build relationships with external counterparties, resolving queries efficiently.
Identify, challenge and implement system/process improvements with stakeholders.
Contribute to Safeguarding reconciliation procedures and compliance.
Lead the development of a new Treasury operations team to work in tandem with the settlements team.
Ensure risk management procedures are fit for purpose, documented, and applied.
Stay abreast of current trends in the industry and ensure the company is in line with industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
Background in Cash Management or Treasury Operations
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to tasks
Diligent, proactive, and able to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Methodical with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong numeracy skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to support and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
