Job Description
Support the Engineering Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department.
Assist in developing and implementing engineering strategies and procedures.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Monitor and maintain all engineering equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Oversee troubleshooting and repairs to resolve equipment issues.
Participate in budgeting and cost estimation for engineering projects.

The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Engineering Team Lead/Senior Engineer/Assistant Engineering Manager, that’s looking for that next step in their career, as well as:

A recognised Engineering qualification (Minimum Level 3)
Proven experience in an engineering management or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of engineering procedures and principles.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative work style.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
What’s on Offer
Up to £55,000/Annum
