Job Description
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for product promotions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for Social Media
Liaise with sales and product development teams to increase market presence
Develop CRM campaigns and own the loyalty programme for the category
Conduct market research to stay updated on consumer trends and competitors
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients to expand reach
Oversee the production of promotional materials
Lead the organisation of product launch events and exhibitions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the Consumer Goods product marketing (mandatory)
Exceptional skills in project management and team leadership
Proficiency in utilising marketing software and tools
Strong analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of working within a KPI managed environment
A solid understanding of the UK retail landscape (mandatory)
