A Corporate Finance firm based in the Midlands and covering all aspects of advisory: including strategic, buy side, sell side and debt & equity raising. Working with a range of clients globally, including Private Equity, Corporates and Owner Managed businesses across a wide range of sectors
Job Description
You will be leading on transactions from start to finish: lead generation, pitching, due diligence and execution. As well as taking a lead internally with development of management and the Midlands brand.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have ambitions to develop into a partner in the future.
Ideally qualified ACA ACCA or CFA
Experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions or in house M&A as a lead advisor
Strong project management
Team management, mentoring, leadership
Ensure best practice
Origination, building network across private equity, OMB’s, etc
What’s on Offer
Salary up to £130,000 (DOE), bonus and wider benefits to be discussed at a later stage.
