Job Description
Handle the reception desk, greeting and directing guests professionally.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
Support the Secretarial & Business Support team with administrative duties.
Assist with office operations and facilities management.
Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy and well-presented.
Uphold confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Participate in the company’s continuous improvement efforts in the technology and telecoms sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Receptionist should have:

A strong educational background, preferably in a business-related field.
Experience in a similar role, preferably within the property industry.
Experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software and tools.
A high level of professionalism and a customer-oriented approach.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An understanding and respect for data protection and confidentiality.
