Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Customer Service Management experience is essential, particularly within a B2B environment.
Job Description
Oversee the customer service team (circa 10 staff) and develop customer service policies and procedures.
Lead, guide, and train the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer feedback and create strategies for improvement.
Implement and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Participate in hiring and training new team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

Proven experience in customer service management
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
Ability to analyse customer feedback and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Able to effectively motivate and lead teams
