Page Group are working with a fantastic business based in South / East Leeds who are looking for a new Customer Service Team Leader to join them.

This role will join a productive and high performing team and offers long term progression opportunities
Job Description
Day to day leadership and management of 6 Customer Service Coordinators
Ensure the team are provided with support, guidance and clear leadership
Conduct regular training, development and 1-2-1’s with the team to aid growth and personal development
Manage and analyse performance across KPI’S & SLA’s taking action where and if needed to manage potential issues
Provide front line HR support to the team
Identity opportunities for improvement around process, procedures and systems to put forward recommendations that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Provide support to Head of Customer Service on delivery of initiatives, embedding process and procedures and supporting with the business strategy
The Successful Applicant
Experience at Team Leader Level or above is a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment
Strong focus on managing, supporting and developing others
Ability to create a positive customer centric culture
Focused on driving customer satisfaction
What’s on Offer
Leeds based – Outskirts – Great links to M1 & M62
Salary of £35,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
8-30am to 5-00pm Monday to Friday
