Job Description
German Speaking – Senior Sales Executive (Power, Gas & Carbon)

Cultivate and sustain client relationships, perform market research, and carry out trades.
Engage in market research and analysis of the UK/European environmental sectors, pinpointing potential clients, market trends, and trading prospects.
Develop and maintain client connections by offering timely and accurate market updates, research insights, and product details.
Work with the sales team to prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and pitches.
Actively take part in sales meetings and client calls, ensuring follow-up on action items as necessary.
Assist in executing trade transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, innovations, and sustainable finance initiatives within Europe to identify potential growth and differentiation opportunities for the company.

The Successful Applicant
Financial Services

Fluent in German
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, environmental science, or a related discipline.
Over 4 years of experience in front office roles within commodity sales, trading, or similar environments.
A strong interest in environmental markets, sustainability, and climate change issues, with a particular focus on the UK/European markets.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
