Job Description
Formulate and implement a technology strategy aligned with long-term growth.
Lead research and development for new products and improvements.
Build and develop a high-performing technology team.
Oversee technology projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Develop and lead a customer-focused technical service function.
Stay updated on technological advancements and trends.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Ensure compliance with intellectual property policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership and/or product development within the chemical industry.
Strong track record of driving innovation and delivering successful technology projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Willingness to travel frequently.
