Job Description
Contributing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s overall business strategy
Responsible for employee relations such as: grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies etc.
Identifying gaps in line management capabilities and coaching, mentoring and training line management to improve skillset
Developing career pathways and career frameworks for future progression of employees
Line management responsibility for a HR Assistant including coaching and developing
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of people
Nurture a positive working environment to continue being a great place of work
Oversee and manage performance appraisal system, pay reviews and salary benchmarking
Ensure legal compliance and confidentiality throughout all stages
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Proven working experience in a similar HR role business partnering multiple functions and delivering HR initiatives
Experience in training, leading and developing direct reports
Experience in developing career pathways/ frameworks
Experience in working in a a small to medium sized business
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
What’s on Offer
Salary of 50,000 to 55,000 + Bonus
