Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through talent management and succession planning.
Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company’s culture and values.
Manage the full employee life cycle
Manage and lead on change management initiatives
Take the lead on all Employee Relations as well as any Tupe needs
Drive the annual people processes (performance review, annual salary review, bonus review, people and position review including succession planning, and employee engagement survey)
Independently managing and leading organisational change projects by providing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis and defining and implementing communications.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role.
Knowledge of HR systems and metrics.
Proven experience as an HR professional with track record of handling ER cases
Track record of delivering results such as developing and implementing new approaches to policy and process or implementing fresh approaches to organisational problems
Project Management skills
Commercially astute
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills – able to influence and persuade others and deliver success through others
