Job Description
Oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing department
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Manage resources effectively to meet operational goals
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
Prepare and manage budgets
Lead and develop a team of engineers and manufacturers
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Manager should have:
Relevant educational qualifications in engineering or a related field
Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A solid understanding of budgeting and performance management
A strong commitment to safety and environmental regulations
