Job Description
Leading and managing the Human Resources team.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assessing training needs and monitoring training programmes.
Supporting business needs through organizational development.
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Creating and revising job descriptions.
Conducting annual salary surveys.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time HR Manager should have:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience in the energy and natural resources industry.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Sound decision-making abilities.
