Job Description
Overseeing the daily operations of the production line
Managing and motivating a team of professionals
Maintaining quality standards in line with company policies
Implementing safety and health measures on the production floor
Driving continuous improvement using lean manufacturing techniques
Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews
Ensuring timely completion of production targets
Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Shift Manager should have:

Experience in a team leader role in the industrial or manufacturing sector
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
A strong track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles
Proven ability to drive cost-down initiatives
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
