Job Description
Welcome visitors by greeting, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
Covering for Legal Secretaries if necessary
Some events
Liaising with travel agents
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings as required
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable state
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
A high standard of education
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Stable Legal Receptionist experience
Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
French speaking desired
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
What’s on Offer
A competitive salary range of £27,000 to £35,000, depending on experience
